Dr Elaine Mossman is a Wellington-based research consultant, providing high quality independent research and evaluation services for clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
With over 30 years of research and evaluation experience Elaine is proficient at leading research and evaluation projects of varying scales and complexity. For smaller projects Elaine has the required expertise to complete all aspects of a research project (research design, fieldwork and data collection, analysis and write-up, using quantitative and qualitative research methods). With larger projects or where specific expertise is required (e.g., cultural) a purpose-built team is assembled. In these cases, Elaine draws on her extensive and positive relationships with a large network of professional evaluators and consultants including Māori and Pasifika researchers. In developing these teams only highly experienced individuals are selected, who she knows will be able to deliver.
